Resting Whitetail Deer Buck

I was recently looking for deer to photograph and noticed this 8 point buck following some does. I carefully shadowed him while he was distracted but couldn't really get as close as I wanted. Plus, he was in constant motion. When he finally laid down I was able take my time and get closer. It took almost an hour to get in position for this shot. Look carefully to see a doe behind the buck.
100-400 lens at 400mm, no cropping.
