A special effect was added to this photograph of a drake mallard duck in crossing flight. The original photo is below. The treatment is similar to that on the boat images in the December 2 post.Filters were added to the original photograph with the computer to give a black & white, 3D texture to the duck. Some color was then brought back to the speculum and the head.
