This is Thomas Degasperi on Day 3 of the Malibu Open, men's slalom finals. He is rounding a buoy on the far side of the tow boat.I was shooting from the safety boat during intermittent light rain and persistent heavy overcast. It required a high ISO setting. This image looks pretty cool when enlarged because the skier is in focus while the boat is nicely blurred.
